Overview

BidX syncs your active products and campaigns from Amazon, so you cannot delete them here — deleting happens in Amazon. What you can decide is which of them BidX works with. Products are chosen in the Product Picker, campaigns are set to Paused or Archived in Discover.

If you only want BidX to stop optimising a campaign, leave it active and keep it out of every segment. No automation or rule applies to a campaign that is not in a segment.

Accessing the Function

  • Products: open Account Settings and choose Product Picker from the dropdown.
  • Campaigns: open Discover from the Main Menu and go to the Campaigns tab.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Choose Which Products BidX Manages

In the Product Picker, select the products you want BidX to manage and clear the ones you do not. Use the search field to narrow the list, or Add All Displayed Products and Remove All Displayed Products to act on a whole filtered group at once.

Click Save Changes to apply your selection. It can take up to 24 hours before the change is reflected everywhere in the tool.

Step 2: Decide What Happens to New Products

Turn on Automatically Add New Products if products you add on Amazon should be managed by BidX from the start. Leave it off if you want to pick each one yourself.

Step 3: Pause or Archive a Campaign

In Discover, open the Campaigns tab and select one or more campaigns. Change their Status to Active, Paused or Archived.

  • Paused stops delivery. The campaign stays and you can reactivate it later.
  • Archived removes the campaign from Amazon as well, not only from BidX.

Settings & Options

  • Save Changes applies your product selection. Nothing takes effect until you click it.
  • Automatically Add New Products decides whether future Amazon products join your managed list on their own.
  • Add All Displayed Products and Remove All Displayed Products act on everything the current filter shows, not on your whole catalogue.

Limitations & Special Notes

  • Important: archiving a campaign affects Amazon, not just BidX, and it cannot be undone. Pause instead whenever you might want the campaign back.
  • Changes in the Product Picker can take up to 24 hours to appear.
  • Removing a product from the Product Picker does not remove it from Amazon. It only stops BidX from managing it.
  • If a list is empty when it should not be, check that the relevant Amazon profiles are still connected.
  • If you cannot open the Product Picker, contact your Account Manager — the area may not be enabled for your account.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Pause for tests and seasonal breaks. Archive only when you are certain, since it also removes the campaign on Amazon.
  • Check which segments a campaign belongs to before you remove its products, so you do not leave an automation running on an empty segment.
  • Turn on Automatically Add New Products if you extend your assortment regularly — otherwise new ASINs sit unmanaged until you notice them.
