How Do I Connect the Sellerboard API?

## Overview

The Sellerboard integration lets you connect your Sellerboard account with BidX. Once set up, profit metrics such as "Gross Profit" or "Net Profit" will be shown directly in BidX. You can always check the connection status and see the date of the last successful data import.

## Accessing the Function

You can find the Sellerboard integration in the **Account Settings** under the **Integrations** tab in the **Sellerboard** section.

## Step-by-Step Guide

### Step 1: Log in to Sellerboard

Log in to your Sellerboard account on the Sellerboard website.

### Step 2: Open Settings

Click on **Settings** and then on **Automations**.

### Step 3: Add Reports

Click **Add** to create your **reports**. You need to click **Add** twice because you require two different reports.

- **Report 1: Dashboard**

  - **Report Type:** Dashboard (by Product/Day)
  - **Frequency:** Daily for the last 7 days
  - **Report Format:** CSV
  - **Detailed Information:** don't select
  - **Separator:** Comma “,”
  - **Report by Email or Link:** Link
- **Report 2: Inventory**

  - **Report Type:** Inventory
  - **Frequency:** Daily
  - **Report Format:** CSV
  - **Separator:** Comma “,”
  - **Report by Email or Link:** Link

Once you've added both reports, they should be visible in the Sellerboard report table.

### Step 4: Copy Links

**Copy** the link from the **Email/Link** column for each report.

### Step 5: Paste Links into BidX

Go back to the BidX **Account Settings** and paste both links into the relevant fields under **Integrations**. Then just click **Connect Sellerboard**.

## Tips & Best Practices

- Be sure to copy the Sellerboard report URLs exactly and completely, including all parameters like id, format=csv, and t.
- If you switch to new report URLs, use the **Disconnect Sellerboard API** option first.
- Keep these URLs confidential, as they contain personal access tokens.
