# How Many Campaigns Are Included in My Segment?

## Answer

You can find the number of campaigns in a segment directly in the **Segment Management** overview. Under each segment name, you’ll see a short info like “Contains 3 campaigns” or “Contains 10 ad groups,” giving you immediate access to the segment size at a glance. If you go to **Edit Segment** and enter the editing view of a segment, the preview will also show how many and which campaigns are currently included based on your conditions.

## Accessing the Function

You’ll find this information in the **Segment Management** area. In the segment list, the short info **Contains …** appears right under each segment name. For more details, open the segment using **Edit Segment**: the current segment size will then appear in the preview.

## Limitations & Special Notes

- For very large segments, the overview won’t show the exact number but displays **“500+”** instead. This gives you a quick estimate for large segments.
- If a segment contains no matching campaigns, it will say **“no campaigns”** instead of displaying a number.
- For particularly complex combinations of conditions, you might see the message **“Preview for combinations of requirements not available”**.

## Tips & Best Practices

- Use the short info **Contains …** as a quick overview, and open the segment to see details. If the number seems too high or low, you can further refine the segment’s filters, such as by restricting campaign names.
- Consistent segment and campaign names make it easier to identify and keep numbers accurate.
