# Can I Find Out Which Amazon Account Is Connected to a Subaccount?

## Answer

Yes, you can always see which Amazon account is connected to a subaccount. There are two ways to do this: Either open the subaccount in **Manage Advertisers** and check the **Profile** section for the linked Amazon accounts, or log in directly to the subaccount and go to the **Amazon Connection** section. Both options display the name of the connected Amazon advertising account. For seller accounts, you can also view the corresponding Seller ID.

## Accessing the Function

You have two simple ways to retrieve this information:

### Option A: Directly in management (fast and without switching users)

- Open the menu and select **Manage Advertisers**.
- Find the desired subaccount in the table.
- Click on **Edit**.
- In the **Profile** section, you'll find a list of all known Amazon profiles. The connected profiles are selected. The columns **Account**, **Type** (Seller/Vendor), **Country**, and **Current Owner** show you all relevant details at a glance. For seller profiles, you can also hover your mouse over the name in **Account** to view the Seller ID.

### Option B: Directly in the subaccount

- Open the menu and navigate to **Manage Advertisers**.
- Click **Login** next to the desired subaccount.
- Within the subaccount, go to **Account Settings** and select **Amazon Connection**.
- In the **Selling Partner (Seller/Vendor)** section, you will see the names of all connected Amazon accounts.

## Settings & Options

- In the **Manage Advertisers** view, the **Connections** column instantly shows if the subaccount is connected to Amazon. If no connection is active, it says **not connected**.
- Clicking **Edit** gives you a comprehensive view of the relevant profiles. Use the filter fields above the table to search specifically by **Account**, **Type**, **Country**, or **Current Owner**.
- The **Updated** symbol indicates when the profile list was last refreshed. Clicking it reloads the profile overview.
- In the **Amazon Connection** section, you will find tabs for different regions, such as Europe & India, North America, or Far East. In the **Selling Partner (Seller/Vendor)** section, all connected accounts are listed by name.

## Limitations & Special Notes

- **Access rights:** Only administrators can use the **Manage Advertisers** menu. If you lack permission, you will see the message: “You do not have access to this function.”
- **Connection status:** If you see **not connected** for a subaccount, there is no active Amazon connection. In this case, you should establish the connection in the relevant account under **Amazon Connection**.
- **Data freshness:** If a profile appears missing or data incomplete, try reloading the list in **Edit > Profile** using the **Updated** button.

## Tips & Best Practices

- The quickest way to check is by using the **Login** button for the subaccount and viewing the names of the connected accounts under **Amazon Connection**.
- For Seller accounts, hover over the account name in **Profile** to see the Seller ID.
- Always check all regions in **Amazon Connection** if you manage accounts in multiple markets.
